Olive leaf contains polyphenols, type of antioxidants which play an important role in
the prevention of various diseases.
Boil 1.5 liter of water, take a hand full rinsed olive leaves, lower the temperature, and
simmer for 15-20min minutes so that you can realise the beneficial compounds into
your ‘tea’.
Continue to pour water and heat it up until there is no colour or taste left. This can give you 2-3 liter of tea.
All the olive leaves are hand-picked and then dried in a natural way. Then weighed and
packed into 100grams bags
